Durham Mustangs Sponsorship Opportunity
On behalf of the Durham Mustangs Organization, we invite you to support our teams for the upcoming hockey season through sponsorship. As a proud charter member of the KLEVR Super League, our teams are committed to player development and will have the opportunity to compete against elite teams across the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, and the USA, participating in 6 to 8 tournaments throughout the season. While our young athletes are dedicated to their growth on the ice, our families are actively fundraising to help offset costs.
About the KLEVR Super League (KSL)
The KLEVR Super League was developed to provide families with an affordable, safe, and competitive hockey experience that prioritizes player development. The league features Tier 1 and Tier 2 competition for U8, U7, and U6 athletes, as well as the introduction of the KLEVR Kubs, a dedicated development program for U6, U5, and U4 players. Currently, over 90 teams compete in the KSL, making it the premier hockey league in Ontario for these age groups.
Our Philosophy & Commitment to Development
At the Durham Mustangs, our primary focus is development—both on and off the ice. Our program instills key character values such as integrity, determination, respect, and teamwork in our athletes. Coach Kyle Allard, owner of Perfect Skating Durham, leads our teams alongside a dedicated staff of professional coaches, ensuring that every player receives elite training through structured development sessions.
Our home games take place at arenas throughout the Durham Region, with additional competition held across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario. Our teams are supported by experienced coaches and partners who are committed to the growth and success of each athlete.
How Your Sponsorship Makes a Difference
Running a competitive hockey program comes with significant costs. While families contribute, teams rely on corporate sponsorships and fundraising efforts to cover expenses such as tournament fees, ice time, and development programs.
50% of each sponsorship goes directly toward reducing the cost of play for our athlete who secured the sponsor, while the remaining 50% supports the Durham Mustangs Organization Sponsorship Fund, which helps provide hockey bags, team tracksuits, and even winter jackets for all players across all 6 of our teams. Our organization takes pride in fundraising through events such as our annual golf tournament and securing support from corporations and local businesses to help make this sport more accessible. All sponsorship funds go directly back to our Mustangs athletes and coaching staff.
