Pat Madder has coached alongside Mustangs founder, Kyle Allard, and currently serves as Assistant Coach for the Durham Mustangs U7 Tier 1 team. He played a key role in organizing and leading the first-ever Young Mustangs Development group last season. A lifelong hockey enthusiast who grew up playing REP hockey in Port Perry, Pat is dedicated to creating a fun, positive, and challenging environment that helps young athletes grow both on and off the ice..

Growing up playing REP hockey in Port Perry, Pat has always had a deep passion for the game. Today, he channels that same passion into helping young players develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Outside the rink, Pat is also the Head Coach of the Clarington Aurelius U8 Tier 3 baseball team, where he continues to expand his coaching experience and leadership with young athletes.
Pat’s coaching philosophy centers on development, strong fundamentals, confidence, and teamwork—all while ensuring every player leaves the rink loving the game of hockey just a little bit more. He’s committed to fostering a fun, positive, and challenging environment that helps kids grow not only as players but as people.
