2017 Tier 1 - Tyler Gubb Head Coach

Tyler began playing hockey with the Markham Waxers organization before advancing to junior hockey in Stouffville, ON, Victoria, BC, and Salmon Arm, BC. He completed his playing career in the NCAA, splitting four years at Michigan Tech University and serving as captain of the University of St. Thomas.

As a coach, Tyler spent one season as an assistant coach at the University of St. Thomas and now focuses on developing youth hockey programs in the Durham region.

For me, the most rewarding aspect of coaching is supporting our players' development, witnessing the growth of their friendships, and fostering a positive team environment.
